Food Truck:
Welcome to our food truck. Situated on our open-air patio, tucked away between the rolling vineyards of Beau Constantia. While enjoying a bite to eat with a glass of wine in hand, one can take in the panoramic views of the Helderberg Mountain ranges across False Bay.
Every month, we have a different vendor serving their delectable food. For the month of April, we’ll have Botanicum joining us in the truck, serving their infamous Neapolitan Pizza.

A stone’s throw down the hill in the leafy surrounds of High Constantia Centre lies Botanicum Café & Grill – famous for their authentic Neapolitan Pizzas! Due to overwhelming calls for outside/event catering, they set up Botanicum Pizza on the Move, where, teaming up with Ooni pizza ovens, they kick out authentic Neapolitan Pizza anywhere, in no time at all.
HAND STRETCHED – 24-HOUR PROOFED – OONI OVEN FIRED
Italian tipo “00” flour – the finest grade flour milled in Italy – is the base
for their 24-proofed dough. Hand stretched, it puffs up quickly when hitting the inside of our 500°c Ooni-fired ovens – the temperature you need for a 60-second cook! Ensuring crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, perfect crusts and its unmistakable Neapolitan look & taste, topped with imported Italian tomatoes and fresh local fior di latte mozzarella.
